There are certain tricks that can be used while making the role of summers as a boon rather a bane for those without ACs’ and cooling appliances. These are discussed below:

  1. Make use of a common concept known as ventilation in homes – this includes opening up of doors and windows in our homes and also using the concept of air. This way we can sleep peacefully in nights.
