Sunflower seeds can be included in any main course dishes, including chicken curry. Their inclusion will improve the nutritional value of the dish. You can also crush the seeds to make powder of it which can be added to the curry dishes easily. The powder can also be used to sprinkle over the salads and pasta to add flavour and to increase the nutritional value at the same time.
The sunflower seeds can also be used in soft preparations to give them a crunchy texture. The addition of sunflower seeds in preparation of scrambled eggs helps them to give it a crunchy texture. This way the nutritional value of the food will improve while enhancing the texture.
The powder obtained from sunflower seeds can be added to bakery products. This will improve the taste of bakery products and will also increase its nutritional value. It can be added to cakes, muffins and bread batters.
