Deepika Padukone Turns Royal Bengali For Sabyasachi’s New Collection, Nilaaya
Sabyasachi is a brand and there is no way he has let his fans down. This time too he has made the fans feel great about the recent photoshoot for Asian Paints, Nilaaya. His favourite muse and model has always been Deepika Padukone and for this ad shoot he chose her as the model.
For the campaign, she became a royal Bengali, wearing his latest collection, along with exquisite jewellery.
Deepika – The Empress : Deepika has poise to her attire and the way she carries it. This helped the photoshoot to go as smooth as it was planned. She has a true sense of the Bong girl that every woman desires to showcase. In the shoot she has dawned a beige saree created by Sabyasachi which has been complimented by an emerald choker. The makeup and hairdo has been done in the most elegant Bengali style. She has posed as an empress sitting right in front of a floral Guldasta painted on the wall from Asian Paints.
Elegance to the Core : This stance has been an amazing look for Deepika as she dawns a deep red glossy saree. TheSabyasachi Art foundation has hand painted the saree to give it the raw look it requires. She has mixed it with some classic jeweler and the touch of a bindi with this look makes it complete in all aspects. The inspiration for the background wall has been through the tree of life with motifs designed as flora and fauna. All this in a Bengali Red Background keeps it simple yet elegant.
Deepika – Zamindari : Just like the royal families styled their leading ladies, Deepika has stepped into a Zamindari look where she dawns the peach Benarasi Saree created by Sabyasachi. It has golden zari embroidery along with motifs printed on its body to match the blouse which has the zari embroidery along its sleeves.
Jeweler Matched : The jeweler is complimenting Deepika’s look to the extent just as the green wall with Taj Mahal designed over it in a landscaped view. She has the perfect necklace with Kundan design along with the Borla to give it a Rajasthani look and feel. The low bun hairdo is giving the entire image a royal look.
Sabyasachi Style : Sabyasachi has done complete justice to the designs that he created for Asian paints Nilaaya campaign. He has mixed Bengali designs with the pinch of North India in it to give the walls an antique feel.
