Hrithik Roshan, is one of the most famous Bollywood stars who resembles the Greek God due to his physique and also has been tagged as the ‘Sexiest man of Asia’ and the ‘Third most handsome man alive on earth’. He is a father of two but to maintain his body, he trains with Kris Genthin, a world-renowned fitness tariner.
As per sources, during the shoot of the movie Krrish 2, the actor used to train four days a week and two times in a day which helped him look fabulous during the whole film. During the training time, his main focus was on to increase his strength, stamina, endurance, and flexibility with different kind of exercises such as lungs, squats, cardio, and circuit training. As per him, diet is also important as he kept his eating habits under control while staying away from unhealthy food items.

Cardio exercises – To maintain the perfect body and shape, Hrithik follows the disciplined regimen which consists of cardio, stretching, power workout, and much more. These exercises help to give his body that athletic look with a muscular physique. With the collection of hardcore muscle training, he does his cardio exercises for at least 20 to 30 minutes on daily basis.
Circuit Training – The word circuit training means the full body workout as some of the benefits of the training are building the muscles and toning them with the help of cardio sessions. The whole process of training involves the functioning of different muscle groups where one can perform 10 to 25 reps for about 20 to 30 minutes.
Arm Exercises – Making arms bigger with toning is the main agenda of the Hrithik’s training session as he wants to put a big impression on his fans. In order to earn such arms the exercises which were included were straight arm dumbbell pullover, cable rope triceps extension, straight arm pull down, concentrated curls, and many others. This will help to keep the arms in shape and to avoid arm fat.
A healthy diet – There is always a healthy alternative for a diet full of nutrition as he used to eat pancakes with sugar-free syrup which is made up from protein powder. The consumption of protein powder will work for the muscles and banana splits with it will make the best breakfast. Yogurt and meatballs with ketchup are also some of the ingredients which are included in his daily routine.
Complex Carbohydrates – Hrithik always consider the diet full of complex carbohydrates as it consists of natural fibre and sugar which maintains the digestion system of the body. The diet includes brown sugar, oatmeal, and salads. He always keeps his diet light and simple when it comes to eating food.

This is the only reason why Hrithik always include a diet full of proteins which include protein powder, steak, turkey, fish, and egg whites. This will help to increase the muscle mass and also improve the physical activity.
Small meals at regular intervals – There is an ongoing trend to consume three meals in a day which is now considered to be unhealthy as eating at regular intervals will enhance your metabolism system of the body. During the whole training, the actor has been advised to consume 6 to 7 meals in a day compared to 3 heavy meals in a day. This will not only control your food carvings but also keep you active throughout the day.
