Elisabeth Marie Haydon or popularly known as Lisa Haydon has been a successful Indian model, fashion designer, and actress in many Bollywood movies. Recently, she gave birth to her son Zack Lalvani and shared a beautiful picture on Instagram where she can be seen breastfeeding her son. There is a motive behind the post as she wants all mothers of the world to know the benefits of breastfeeding their babies.

She advocated the need of breastfeeding the new-borns in the post as most of the women usually care about their shape and size due to which they don’t breastfeed their babies for months. It is also recommended by doctors to breastfeed your babies for at least 6 months and if possible, then for a whole first year.

She captioned the photo “I’ve got loads of posts asking about life after having my son… especially to do with weight and fitness. Breastfeeding has played such a big part in getting back into shape after giving birth to my baby,” she said. There is a misbelief in many women that breastfeeding can actually change the shape and size of the body but according to Lisa, that is not true. Yes, after delivering the baby, your body goes through different changes and you might gain weight but breastfeed your baby can actually help to get back into the perfect shape.

“Breastfeeding has been challenging plus time-consuming (literally hours spent every day trying to stimulate milk supply) but it’s such a beautiful way to bond and connect with your child plus all the nutritional benefits that your child gets from your milk. Look out for my blog post on mycityforkids.com on breastfeeding,” she added.

The post was to create the awareness within the group and what else can be the best medium than Instagram, where you have millions of followers.

There are numbers of Bollywood movies in which she has played an important part and also as a lead actress in movies like Aisha, House full 3, and Queen. She got married to Dino Lalvani, son of Pakistan-born British entrepreneur, in October 2016 and gave birth to Jack on May 17, 2017. Just after delivering her baby, Lisa made an appearance at the Paris Fashion Week in which was wearing a red designer dress and she was back in her perfect shape and size.
